Rule 10
Hearing by Joint Bench
The following cases, petitions and reports shall be heard by the Joint Bench of the Court- (a) Cases registered as appeals, (b) Seekers, (c) The following petitions submitted after order to show cause:- (1) Regarding injunctions Petition letter, (2) Petition letter regarding detention, (3) Petition letter regarding injunction, (4) Petition letter regarding extradition, (5) Petition letter regarding prohibition and (6) Petition letter regarding jurisdiction. (d) a case referred to a subordinate court under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section D of the Act, (e) a case relating to contempt of court, (f) a case relating to a case to be heard by a joint bench, (g) applications relating to a case before a joint bench. , (h) Reports related to case matters and execution of judgments, (h) Applications under section 87 of the Contract Act, 2056 pending in the court at the time of commencement of this regulation, -1(jj) Cases, applications and Report.
